II. Usage Limits: M/S Runway Projects does not utilize client data for third-party marketing. Information is only disclosed to government regulatory bodies as required for project approvals.

III. Security Protocol: Physical blueprints and project documentation at our Science City office are protected under strict access control measures.

1. Scope of Work: All project engagements are governed by a specific Letter of Intent (LOI) and subsequent definitive agreement. Any deviations from the approved site plan require a written Change Order (CO).

2. Compliance: M/S Runway Projects operates in full accordance with the RERA guidelines and local municipal building codes. We assume no liability for site delays caused by unapproved alterations by the client.

3. Payment Milestones: Payments are tied to structural milestones (e.g., foundation completion, plinth level, etc.). A 15% mobilization advance is required for all new infrastructure contracts.
